Powell Butte - McDonald & Hayes Wedding

We were in Powell Butte this weekend to attend Natalie and Dave's wedding. It was an absolutely gorgeous wedding, not one detail was overlooked throughout the whole night....including fried snacks at 10pm for the drunk guests.

Labor Day - McCall

We went camping with my parents on Cascade Lake over Labor Day. We had a gorgeous spot on the lake, and Alice and Buzz had a great time. Unfortunately the weather turned on us, so we headed home early (it was in the 40's!).

Go Cubs

Tom and I recently visited Erin and Mark in Chicago. Sarah and Scot came along with us, and we had a great time taking in a Cubs game and eating at Table 52 (YUM!). We also were able to visit Tom's grandmother Maren, which was wonderful. Thank you to Mark and Erin for showing us a great time!

Going Back to Cali

Alice, my mom and I made a quick trip to Cali this weekend to visit the Underwood clan. We had a wonderful visit with 'Gigi' and the cousins. We loved catching up with everyone and meeting Megan's son Luke for the first time. Alice and Laird became 'friends' and I was renamed 'Maura' by Laird. We had a great dinner on Friday night w/ all the cousins AND a call from Ben in Russia. We also got to go to Tierra Rejada (part of the family's farm) and had a wonderful time riding ponies, visiting animals and riding the cow train!!

Camping in Riggins

We went camping in Riggins over the 4th of July and had a great time. Thanks to the Wolffs for organizing the trip!

Our fearless 'Captain' took us down the river - He was even patient with the non-rowers and showed us a good time on Ruby. 'Let's Dig It In!'

Made it to the bottom of the river, but no keys to the car. 'Captain' hitched a ride on a motorcycle to get the keys and rescued us 1.5 hours later. Thanks Matt!

Summer Time

We're having a fun and busy summer. Every weekend we go to Saturday Market, and Alice loves to run through the fountains. It's a struggle to get her to go home.




Alice had her first bowl of Rice Krispies the other day.....
