It's that time of year, Racing at Bonneville!  We're heading down there for a few days to see what this thing is all about.  My folks got down there yesterday, and are in line for the Tech Inspection.  I'm hoping the guy drinking a beer is not one of the 'Techs'!

Yea, it was Alice's first day of Kindergarten!  She was a little more nervous that I was anticipating, but thankfully one of her BFF's is in her class, Miss Lilly.

It's Camp Saw this week, yahoo for everyone involved!  We left the kids with my parents this weekend, and it looks like they are having a great time.  So far, this is what they have been up to:

Meanwhile, Tom and I have been having a very exciting week with: weeding, yard work, installing a garbage disposal, visits to Lowes, etc.  I think you can tell who is having the better week. :)

Summer Boating

We spent our Sunday on Lucky Peak with 5 families.  I wish I had a photo of all of us on the dock/beach, it was quite a site with kids and adults running around.  It was Alice's first time getting pulled behind the boat.  She had a great time, but was disappointed that we didn't pull her 'faster'.  I told her that I would go with her next time, and we'll shred it.  Thanks to the Hopstads and Mooneys for bringing us along!  Super fun!

Main Street Mile

One of my favorite events in Boise is the Main Street Mile.  It's a half mile race for the kiddos who chase an ice cream truck around downtown Boise.  And as they cross the finish line, they get a Popsicle.  So stinking cute!
